History and Architecture:
On the 9th February 1936 the first Church service was held in the garage of Mr. J.M. Williams. Sunday School at 2.15 & the Church service at 3 p.m., both conducted by Mr. H. Reeks. The opening ceremony was held on 5th Dec 1936 at 3 p.m., when Merillee Williams the two-year-old daughter of Mr. & Mrs Williams turned the key & Rev. Coplia Thomas, President of the Conference formally declared the building open the worship of God.
