History and Architecture:

A notice inside the door reads in part.

The pulpit was mounted above the altar. The arch with script on it is still faintly visible on the wall. Access yeas by r staircase on the left side.
Early music for singing was first provided by Violin, later an organ was bought and placed on the left side in front. The right side contained a lectern with removable top to reveal the Baptismal Font.  There were six rows of pews each side of the central aisle. Ladies sat on the right side, and always wore hats. Men removed their hats on entering and sat on the left side. Children would usually sit with their mothers.

The church is now in private hands.
